DESCRIPTION:In June 2023\, the AfA Farm Animal Coalition (FAC) hosted its first Regional Event in Viet Nam\, followed by events taking place in 4 other countries\, including Japan (2024)\, the Philippines (2024)\, India (2025) and Indonesia (2025). These in-person gatherings\, organized in collaboration with local partners\, have proven invaluable in uniting local and regional organizations. FAC aims to host 2-3 events per year to foster deeper collaboration\, share successes\, and elevate farmed animal welfare efforts across Asia. These events provide unique opportunities for learning\, networking\, and amplifying positive change for the region’s animals.
