SUMMARY:COP Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (COP14)
DESCRIPTION:The Fourteenth Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS COP14) will review the implementation of the Convention. CMS recognises that States must protect migratory species that live within or pass through their national jurisdictions. \nCMS COP14 will see the launch of the ‘State of the World’s Migratory Species’ report\, new global guidelines on light pollution\, and best practices for linear infrastructure to minimize impacts on migratory species.
