Ayyuce Okten

As Finance and HR Consultant, Ayyuce handles daily financial and HR operations, while also generating interdepartmental policies and reports for the Board. Ayyuce is responsible for optimizing financial governance, financial scenario planning, budgeting, reporting, analysis, and risk management, as well as managing HR policies, remuneration, and employee relations to ensure alignment with the WFA’s strategy and resources.  

Ayyuce has previously held roles in auditing, controlling, and administration & finance management within international corporate entities. She has also served as Regional Finance Director and Interim Executive Director, overseeing operations across multiple countries at the Greenpeace Mediterranean office.  

Ayyuce holds a degree in Finance & Banking and an MBA, and she is a certified wellbeing specialist.
