Nasiru Yusuf

Nasiru Yusuf is the Finance and Operations Officer at the World Federation for Animals, where he supports financial management, grant administration, and operational processes across the Federation’s global work.

He has over five years of experience in finance and grants management within international development and humanitarian organisations. Before joining WFA, Nasiru worked with organisations including Plan International, Street Child UK, and COOPI Internazionale, managing donor-funded budgets, supporting compliance and reporting for institutional donors, and working closely with programme and operations teams.

Based in Nigeria, Nasiru supports WFA’s mission by ensuring accurate systems and reporting that enable effective advocacy and impact. Outside of work, he enjoys playing football and is a devoted Chelsea fan.
