Victoria Evans

As PR Officer, Victoria develops WFA’s press materials and raises awareness of the Federation and its members through the media.

Victoria has over twenty years’ experience in media relations and communications, working across sectors including not-for-profit, small business, corporate and consumer. A media relations and copywriting specialist, she has worked within agencies, in-house and run her own consultancy, securing media coverage in top tier publications including the BBC, The Guardian, Reuters and Bloomberg.

Before joining WFA, she was Global Communications Manager at animal welfare and environmental NGO Compassion in World Farming.

Victoria has a degree in Social Policy from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and a CAM Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Communications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. A dual British-Australian citizen, Victoria was President of the South Australian chapter of the Public Relations Institute of Australia from 2018-2020. She now lives in England with her husband and rescue cat, Fonzie.
