The Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity will address agenda items left unresolved at COP16 in Colombia.  Key issues include a new Resource Mobilization Strategy, the monitoring framework for the KMGBF’s 23 targets, and cooperation with other conventions and international organizations, among others.
